- Sacred Opening Ceremony & Invocation - Enter a peaceful, intentional space as we gather in unity, presence, and heartfelt intention, inviting divine love and nourishing spiritual support
- Shamanic Drumming & Ceremonial Field Clearing -Experience the grounding rhythms of sacred drumming accompanied by a sage and feather cleansing ritual, offered with the intention of releasing stagnant energy and welcoming clarity, harmony, and renewal.
- Heart-Centered Wisdom & Soulful Reflections - Receive teachings and heartfelt reflections from your three facilitators on opening the heart, moving beyond survival consciousness, reconnecting with joy, and allowing ourselves to both give and receive love.
- Conscious Breathwork & Present-Moment Awareness - Gently return to your body, breath, and life-force awareness through guided rhythmic breathing, inviting your nervous system to settle and your awareness to rest in the present moment.
- The Sacred Heart-Sharing Circle - Be invited to share what is alive within your heart, whether grief, uncertainty, personal transformation, emotional burdens, gratitude, or something you are ready to release. You are free to share as much or as little as you wish, surrounded by compassionate listening and without judgment.
- Heart Alchemy & Singing Bowl Integration - Close our ceremony with gentle breathwork and the resonant tones of a singing bowls, creating space for reflection, emotional integration, and renewed intention.
You do not need any prior experience with meditation, energy healing, or spiritual practices. Simply arrive as you are, with an open mind and a willing heart.

Health & Wellness Coach, Somatic Practitioner, Ceremonialist and Sacred Sexuality Guide
With a heartfelt dedication to holistic wellness, community and meaningful human connection, Kate brings almost 2 decades of sacred service guiding souls back to their mind, body, soul connection. It is her intention to weave a sacred tapestry of hearts within her community, bringing love, grounding, wisdom and connection during a time when we need it most.
Saha Love
Sacred Drumming, Breath-work Facilitator, Spiritual Life Coach
Saha has been in full devotion to love, healing and self-mastery alongside of his beloved Ajna for 17 years. As a spiritual mentor and guide, he has guided many souls back to their truth through his shamanic wisdom and is passionate about leading the divine masculine back to their heart. Through the grounding rhythms of his drum, heartfelt presence, and shared wisdom, Saha helps create a ceremonial atmosphere that invites stillness, reflection, connection, and a deeper sense of presence.
