This coaching experience is a one-on-one mentoring container held through intentional voice messages, email exchange and a closing integration live phone call. This asynchronous format allows your healing and integration to unfold in your own time, without the pressure of Zoom fatigue, or needing to be “on.” Rather than a single conversation, this work unfolds as a beautiful, intentional, slow paced guided journey that allows for deeper connection, transmutation and integration.
